VERZOSA: we will go back again with the supervision and inspection of our units. We will develop leaders in all levels of command. We will see to it that the RD, DD, COP will be visiting their units, their offices and men in the field. I encourage visiting the men in the field and talk to them and probably talk to the populace to know what is happening at the different areas. This will be done nationwide. We will develop leaders in all our officers. THOSE WHO CANNOT COPE WITH IT WILL BE TRANSFER TO SOME ADMIN OFFICES PROBABLY

We will put up school for values development. I will be directing the construction and maintenance of classroom in all regions which will be basically used as seminar room for those committing and suspected of some malpractices.

We will make a definite memorandum circular to prohibit the firing squad style presentation of suspects. We will prohibit or penalize officers who allows victims to hurt the suspects in their presence.

We will concentrate on model police station projects. We want to establish this for other nearby police stations to emulate. In the concept of this, has two major components. Inti development and citizen empowerment

INSTI:
Devt of facilities and equipments
Devt of systems and procedures of the police people
Devt of human resources, police itself. Spiritual devt, basic habits, traits, physical and mental devt.

CITIZEN EMPOWERMENT
To bring to the people to go to police stations exercise their rights, free to enter the police stations, must be allowed to say what they see
We will also enlisting of some cause oriented org to evaluate our police stations, nationwide
We need to help, see and support our policemen because we are going to committed to base policy

Id like to be known as CPNP who is always on the go. Who is always on the field.

On MINDANAO PROBLEM:
We are putting in resources of personnel their. There would be readjustment of deployment in the org itself. We will be creating interim org their integrating the different regions in certain areas in Mindanao. In close coordination with AFP it will be pattern at the org that is being maintained by the AFP.

There will be additional resources and assets, investigative personnel that will be in place there.

We have started with 2 batallion of SAF and continous of RMG, deploying those under field training. One of which wil be in tactical defense.

In Mindanao we are in close partnership with the AFP.
