The warrant of arrest against the rogue members of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in Saranggani was already released by the local court there.

Saranggani Provincial Director Sr. Supt. Danilo Peralta confirmed the report and said that it was Judge Jaime Infante of Alabel (town) Regional Trial Court 11 Branch 38 who released the orders on about 40 MILF members.

Peralta said the Court ordered the arrest of Alu Binago alias commander Binago, of MILF 105th Base Command; Jayon Saligan alias commander Aguilar, at Manawi Ibrahim alias commander Lawin, both from MILF 107th Base Command, for the cases of murder, frustrated murder, arson, at robbery.

"We received information that Binago and three others from the 105th Base Command landed in Maasim on August 16 and coerced Commander Aguilar to attack Maasim (town in Saranggani) even if there is an ongoing peace agreement then," Peralta said.

They attacked on August 18, and on that incident, they burned a commercial center, overrun on the municipal hall and one police station.

The police said that they believe that the MILF will still attacked the area especially now after the court released its order for their arrest.
