Story 4: Councilor in Isabela town gunned and stabbed to death

A councilor was gunned and stabbed to death by still unidentified suspects in barangay 1, Jones Town of Isabela.

According to PO3 Jessie Borromeo, investigator on the case, the incident happened at around 2:40 am on the said place wherein he was saw by Jerry Pacion lying at the street. Pacion reported it to the police. The Jones Municipal Police responded at the area.
They saw that the victim has gunshot wounds on his head, right arm and lower back of his body. He also have two stabbed wounds on his chest.

Initial investigations disclosed that the victim was walking alone from Cento Poblacion. Upon reaching the place, the victim was blocked, shot and stabbed.

Recover at the crime scene were six empty shells of .45 caliber ad one slug bullet also from .45.

Borromeo said he thinks that the incident was done by three persons.

He also added that they recover the cellphone the victim with death threats from three different cellphone numbers saying that “he should fear for his life and his end is near.” The case is still under investigation.
