Story: 5 hurt in shooting incident in Taguig, suspect is police officer

Five people were hurt after a police office chase a certain Faizal in Barangay Maharlika, Taguig City.

Initial investigation of Taguig Police showed that at around 12:30 am at Block 1, old Housing Area in Maharlika Village PO1 Jet Pagoyo together with unidentified companion arrived at the area then shot Faizal several times but missed.
Faizal run to avoid Pagoyo, but Pagoyo run after him and continue to shot him. But all his shot for Faizal were missed but hit the bystanders by stray bullets.

Those who were hurt are Rahim Ending, 4 years old, of block 1, Lot 12 ; Mike Sabala, 43, Block 3 Lot 34 ; Bashium Sabala, 9, (son of Mike Sabala); Habiba Sabala, 40, (sister of Mike); Neneng kaulon, 46, Block 1A lot 2 and Sabdilan Pengli, 48 of Block 3 all of them were residing in Old housing area in Maharlika.

Of all the victims, Ending is the one in critical condition after sustaining gunshot wounds on his head. The victim is confine in Rizal Medical Center. Other victims sustained only minor injuries.

The suspects were still at large as of the moment. Pagoyo, is assigned in NCRPO and residing in Signal Village Taguig. The Taguig Police still conducting investigation on the reason why the police suddenly shot Faizal were unhurt on the incident.
