Philippine National police is already investigating the alleged salvage on four individuals in Caloocan City last June 5, 2008, one of them survived the said salvaging.

The four individuals were identified as Robert Tan, Archie Aben, one alias “Adoy” and Glen Genosolanggo. Three of the victims got killed leaving Genosolanggo as the only survivor.

According to PNP Spokesperson, Chief Supt. Nicanor Bartolome, the NCR CIDG started its investigation and have invited 20 policemen for identification Genosolanggo.

Then within the next three to five days, they will invite 200 policemen assigned in Caloocan North. Then if Genosolanggo cannot identify anyone of them, all policemen assigned in Caloocan, about 700 of them, will be invited as well.

“The entire Caloocan police will be lined up for proper identification of the victim,” Bartolome said.

He added that if the policemen will not attend on their scheduled line-up, they will be subjected for investigation on why they did not attend. Up to this moment, no one has been relieved yet in Caloocan.
