Story: Sheriff to issue court’s order killed in Olongapo city

A sheriff came all the way from Pasay Regional trial Court to issue a Court order in Olongapo City was shot to death, while his companion is in critical condition.

Sheriff Ariel Valero, 45 was killed by Rosauro Aransanzo, the subject of the Sheriff’s court order. According to SPO1 Bernard Mascarina, Investigator of Olongapo Police, Valero is about to fulfill the writ of replevin ordered by Pasay RTC Branch 44, against Aransanzo.

His companion, Rey Umandam is now in critical condition after being shot on his face.

Valero is about to get the Toyota Hi-Ace commuter of Aransanzo because the Krypton Credit Corporation want to get back the said car that they financed for Aransanzo He is not being able to pay the said vehicle so the credit company wants to get it back. The Krypton Credit Corporation filed case of estafa against Aransanzo.

Aransanzo was not at home when the Sheriff came at their house in Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City. The Sheriff talked to the family members there that they will get the Hi-Ace due to the order of the court. When Valero was about to get the said vehicle, Aransanzo arrived at the place and shot Valero and Umandam.

Valero was shot on his left chest and died on the spot. Umandam is currently confined in James l Gordon Memorial Hospital.

Aransanzo was arrested by the policemen who were patrolling in the area who heard the gunshots. The policemen saw the suspect running in order to escape. Recovered from him is one .45 caliber which is licensed. Murder and frustrated murder will be filed against Aransanzo.
