Story: Chop-chop lady found in septic tank, killed by own husband

A chop-chop lady was found inside the septic tank of their house by her own son last July 26, 2008 at around 1:00 pm. The victim was killed and chopped by her own husband due to jealousy.

The victim was identified as Cristina Naval, 50, was first reportedly missing since July 23, 2008 and her husband identified as Agapito Naval, 53, said to other family members that she went to Baguio. Members of the family have no idea what she has to do in Baguio.

In fact, she was about to celebrate her 50th birthday on July 24, and still she did not came home and no call from her. She was also out of reach through her cellphone.

Based on the report of PO2 Marcelo Bersamina of Carmona, Cavite Police Station, the victim was found last July 26 by her 26 year old son, Glenn who saw stains of blood at their backyard near the septic tank. When he approached it he saw parts of bodies and immediately reported it to the police not knowing at first that it was his mother. Their house is located in Barangay Maduya, Carmona, Cavite.

Bersamina said that the husband admitted that he killed his wife because of jealousy during the interrogation. He said his wife has another man, but the police said the suspect has no evidence on his allegations.

The parts of the body that was found inside the septic tank is the head, two arms which was divided into two and legs which was divided into three (includes feet). The body of the victim which was divided into two was found at the vacant lot near Susanna Heights Exit.

The suspect is now at the custody of Carmona Police and now facing murder case.
