Story 2: three salvage victims found in Ifugao

Three male believed to be salvage victims were found dead at the town of Lamut in Ifugao.

The Ifugao police still clueless on the identification of the victims as they do not have any identification card with them for them to be identified.

Two of the three victims were found at around 3:10 am of June 30 at barangay Payawan, Lamut, Ifugao.Both of them has gunshot wounds on their head, back, abdomen and other parts of the body, recovered from the scene were empty shell of .45, 9mm and M-14.

About 2 kilometers away from the two, the Ifugao Police saw another victim at barangay Mabatu-batu with the same gunshot wounds as the two other victims.

The police said it is possible that all of them were killed in the area where they find them because the empty shells of the firearms used where also in the vicinity.

All of the victims were tied on their hands on the back and feet. They also have markings on their neck and have black strap tied on the neck a possibility that they were all strangled by the suspects. Their mouth has packaging tape as well.

SPO1 Edwin Buyucan, investigator, said they also do not have suspects as of the moment because no one saw the incident. He also said that the victims were about 35-40 years old and bearing tattoos on different parts of their body.
